After importing a standalone backup and moving and issue from one project to another, the attachment link(s) is/are updated to the new directory/issue ID, but the files themselves did not get moved to this directory. In fact, they are just removed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Using a standalone version, which has 3 projects (ProjecA ; ProjecB and ProjectC), create an issue in ProjectC using attachments
2. Create a backup from this instance and perform a search and replace to change the ProjectC name.
– From ProjectC To ChandedC .
– From PROJC- To CHANC
3. Change the attachment folders names as the previous step.
4. Import this XML backup in AOD instance, which attachments

After that, try to browse the same issue. All the attachments seems to be properly working, but after moving to another project, JIRA is not able to find them anymore.
Everything seems to work smoothly if we try to move an issue (with attachments) from a project not "renamed" (search and replace)
