Issue update emails are garbled for particular issues

      I'm not sure what's special about this issue, but every time a change was made on it, the email I received was extremely messed up (see attachment). It looks like somehow several newlines got into the Subject header so it wasn't even a valid MIME message.

      This happened on ecosystem.atlassian.net - not sure what JIRA version is on there now.
