Bulk change - moving issues - does not allow retaining reporter

      When I try to move issues (cca 3000 of them) to another project with bulk change, and I click on the checkbox to retain reporter, it still asks me to enter one single reporter username.

      I believe this is a bug.

            Yes, that was the case. I reviewed the users and realised I had to add some of them to the new project. Everything worked fine.
            So, this is not a bug. Please close the issue. Thanks for your help,

            Hi Gordana,

            The reason this might be happening is because you do not have the users configured on the new project you are trying to move the issues to.

            Make sure you have all the people in the appropriate roles in the project you are copying to.
