LDAP Initial Context can't be created in JIRA p2 plugin due to lack of imported com.sun.jndi classes

      Plugin devs can't create an LDAP InitialContext since we don't export the required com.sun.jndi packages to OSGi land. Apparently this works fine in Confluence. CC: jclark@atlassian.com who's done some investigation into this.
