When user click on the scroll bar on dropdown box of component/version and try to drag, the scroll bar won't move at all.

      When user has a large list of components or versions, there will faced below problem:

      IE 8:
      When user click on the scroll bar and try to drag, the scroll bar won't move at all.

      IE 9:
      When user try to click on the scroll bar, the drop down box will close automatically
