Editing a project version name or description will clear out existing release date value

Repro

1. Go to /plugins/servlet/project-config/FOO/versions to edit a version description for any unreleased version that has a release date
2. Click description field to edit in line

Actual
The release date field gets cleared out and if you save, it will save an empty value.

Expected
The release date value persists.
