"Read More" link on Activity Stream not linked to comment

On the Activity Stream, 'Read more >>' link does not have link to the comment when the comment was added while editing a field.
The 'Read more' link will send to the View issue screen, but not to the associated comment.

If the comment was added directly using the Comment button, the link works correctly.
