Unformatted Exception Messages Shown During Crowd Directory Testing

      If there is an error in connecting to the Crowd directory while performing the test from within JIRA for the directory, the error messages that are thrown are not formatted correctly. It contains HTML contents being rendered in text format. See screenshot for an example.
