Notification scheme links can be confusing

When viewing your list of notification schemes, you're presented with a collection of functions for each scheme: "Notifications, Copy, Edit, Delete".

These suffer from poor usability - if you click on Edit, you would expect to be able to edit the notifications in that scheme whereas all you can do is rename a scheme. In fact you have to click Notifications to edit them which is odd and unexpected. Surely better labels would be "Rename Scheme" and "Edit Notifications"
