      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When attaching a file to issue, the dialog has a static message "No file chosen", even if a file already has been attached.

      This feature request is asking to make that message dynamic. So if a file has been attached it will change to something like "attach another file..."
