When creating issues via IE 8 browser, when selecting the priority the custom icon will not be properly rendered. Basically, the icon will become large and is consuming the priority name section.

Kindly refer to the following sample screenshot which is projecting the behavior:

Only custom icons are affected by this, and is not reproducible using other browser type (tested on Chrome, Firefox and Safari).

Workaround: Use an icon which is the desired size rather than relying on JIRA's scaling.
