The Value for Custom Field (Type Read Only) is Automatically Removed Upon Editing an Issue

When editing an issue (edit any field), the value for a Read-Only custom field is removed automatically.

Reproducing this requires a CSV import and Upgrade:

1. Run JIRA 4.4
2. Create a custom field type Import ID
3. Import a CSV file and map one of the CSV fields to the newly created custom field (Type Import ID)
   • Make sure that the value are exported. Import ID custom field requires an integer value.
   • Use the bundled JIM version
4. Create an XML backup
5. Restore the JIRA 4.4 backup to JIRA 5.1
6. Access the imported issue on JIRA 5.1 and edit a any field (Ie. description). This process will remove the value for the Import ID custom field

Tested on 5.1 and 5.1.3
