      Entering more than 255 characters in the application title throws IllegalPropertyException on screen.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. As an admin navigate to System -> General Configuration.
      2. Edit the Application Title and enter more than 255 characters and Save.

      Exception thrown on screen.

      It is expected that there is a error message on the screen indicating that the application title can not be more than 255 characters long.
