Applinks causes an oauth failure with url escaped links

The link https://extranet.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/2012/06/18/Bamboo+plan+for+running+bundled+plugin%27s+smoke+tests does not authenticate properly with oauth - see attached paste. If you try to link https://extranet.atlassian.com/display/JIRADEV/2012/06/18/Bamboo+plan+for+running+bundled+plugin's+smoke+tests then the authentication succeeds and the link is added.
