Typo in radio button option when performing project link "No, don''t create a link from FishEye Repository <example> to Project Confluence as well"

To reproduce:
1. Access JIRA Admin
2. Select a project
3. Select Configure Project Link
4. Attempt to link to a project on any other type of instance
5. One of the radio options is "No, don''t create a link from FishEye Repository <example> to Project Confluence as well" instead of "No, don't create a link from FishEye Repository officeconnector-git to Project Confluence as well" (double apostrophe instead of single apostrophe)

Note: This can be reproduced using any kind of project link, not just Fisheye.
