Add a property to links "propagate watch" (on/off)
Operation: Link type "duplicate" has "propagate watch" on. When an issue A is watched by user A1 and linked by any other user to be a duplicate of another issue B, then the watch of user A1 should be propagated to issue B.
Motivation: the watching users will be interested in the modifications on issue B as well (since it is a duplicate).

      Comment by Lars Kühne:
If these types already came with jira it would be possible for jira add to
semantics based on that. What Erwin suggested is one useful example.
Similarly it would be nice to notify assignees of dependent issues when an
issue has been resolved, to propagate due dates in the dependency chain,
      etc.

So the propagation of watch should perhaps be direction dependent for such use cases.
