Labels field still able to be edited in-line even when removed from screen

Summary of Bug

Even when the 'Labels' field is removed from the Screen Configuration, the user is still able to in-line edit it (the pencil icon still appears). However, this no longer happens in JIRA 5.1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove the 'Labels' field from the screen configuration :

2. Go view an issue. The pencil icon (used for in-line editing) is still present.
