Selector dropdown in labels and versions field does not scroll down when the user moves down with arrow key

Steps to reproduce:

1) Add a few versions to a project, enough so it doesn't fit in the dropdown box.
2) Create an issue for that project.
3) Click on the versions field, and press down arrow key.
4) Bug: selection does not scroll down the dropdown box, user need to grab the mouse and move the scroll bar with a mouse.
