      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Remove the Description field from all screens
      2. Hide the Description field in the Field Configuration
      3. Create a new issue (notice that the description field is missing from the create issue screen - expected behavior)
      4. View the newly created issue (notice that the description field is there - unexpected behavior)

      The description field is not usable, so clicking on the description field will not allow you to add a description. This may be deceiving to certain users.
