      Hello team,

      Sometimes we face some issues where there are many lines on a single comment and this become very painful to scroll it down until the next comment, specially if this is in a middle of the thread.

      My suggestion is to implement something similar as Microsoft Outlook 2010 (see image below), which has quick shortcuts for next/previous conversations at the start of a conversation.

      I believe that it will save a lot of time for JIRA users.
