SWF and MOV not playing in issue comments and description

      SWF files attached to issues are not being played when "!filename.swf!" is added to comments.

      Error displayed: Unable to embed resource: filename.swf of type application/x-shockwave-flash2-preview

      Same thing occurs with an mov file.

      Attached is Unable to embed resource: filename.mov of type video/quicktime
