Projects portlet not limited by project category

The 'projects' portlet in JIRA Enterprise lets one limit viewed projects to those in a certain category. However in 2.5.3, the portlet shows all categories' projects regardless of how it is configured.

This can be fixed by downloading the attached projects.jsp, copying it to either:

atlassian-jira/includes/dashboard/projects.jsp (Standalone)
edit-webapp/includes/dashboard/projects.jsp (WAR/EAR)

For the WAR/EAR you'll need to create the intermediate directories, and rebuild/redeploy the webapp.
