    Description

      Once time has been entered for a task under 'Log Work' it cannot be altered by the user.

      This is very inconvenient if the time entered was wrong. (e.g. entered against wrong task, or used days rather than minutes).

      If the user cannot alter their time then the administrator should be able to at least.
