Personal Subscription does not work

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. create a filter
      2. Add subscription
      3. Choose Personal Subscription for the Recipient
      4. the Personal Subscription will be highlighted in red coloured. refer to screenshot.

      This is tested in JIRA 5.0.4.

      This is not affecting JIRA 5.0.7
