Custom text areas produce change log even if not changed

Another question... We have three custom text-area fields in our JIRA. So I create a new issue and fill these three fields with sample text:

text-area-field 1: TEST
text-area-field 2: TEST
text-area-field 3: TEST

After that I go into the edit-view of this issue and click update without any changes.

In the resulting change Change History, all three fields were shown (but there aren't any changes in these fields). This looks a little bit messy because these three fields contain often a lot of text => the change history is artificially bloated!
