Custom avatars not shown in Activity Stream

      The custom avatar from JIRA does not seem to display in the activity stream.

      Steps to Replicate

      1. Upload a custom avatar
      2. Change the base URL into ip base URL (example: 192.168.1.1:8080)
      3. View profile from Firefox version 20.0 and above
      4. Noticed that the activity stream fails to load the custom avatar and revert back to the default or system avatars
      • It only affects Firefox (version 20)
