Hello from a french user

Here is my need: Could I have permission scheme by issue type to solve problems of securities for example to customize modifying issue.

I would like something like this : In the same project I should have issue-type where the reporter can modify the issue at any time and an other issue-type where the reporter has no more the right to modify his issue.
