Can't assign issues while using script-debug in IE

      If I enable the script debugger from IE, I can't assign an issue regarding an error in the debugger.

      The error is regarding the file batch.js.

      If I disable the debugger or mark to not see this message again, everything works fine.

      And I can only replicate it on IE 7 and IE 8, it works on IE 9,Chrome and Firefox.
