In Firefox, under certain circumstances the preview mode of wiki markup fields misses out on an event that should cause it to implicitly save and leave preview mode. If you focus a browser UI control that is not part of the page (e.g. a Bonfire button or the search text box) and then you click the Comment button, the preview mode does not trigger a save as it should. It stays in preview until something else causes the save.

Repro Steps:
1. Inline Edit the Description field and click the Preview icon.
2. Click in the Firefox Search Engine text field (or the Bonfire attach button)
3. Click on the Comment button in the issue.

Notice that Description field is still in inline-edit preview mode.
