Race condition: Assignee Dialog shown erroneously when 'a' is pressed after clicking on inline editable field

Steps to reproduce:
1) Enable slow mo to around 600ms
2) View an issue and edit the reporter to be an erroneous value
3) Click the labels field and immediately after press the 'a' key.
4) The Assignee dialog is shown
5) The browse away dialog is shown
6) You cannot save the reporter field any more (even when valid)
