When an issue's summary has two newlines in it, JIRA sends out invalid mime emails

The summary for an issue can contain newlines (e.g. the REST or SOAP apis).

When JIRA puts such a summary into the Subject header of an email, that header terminates all the headers, and a) the rest of the header appear as plaintext, and b) the html body of the email appears as plaintext
