A strange line when trying to modify issue type in Edit mode

When I edit an existing issue, and then try to select a different issue type, the first line in the selection of types is always a very long line containing all project names.

We are not sure if this problem existed before or it appeared after we upgraded to JIRA 4.4.3 or recently, after we moved JIRA to a different server.

If I do not edit the issue, but select More Actions -> Move , I do not have this problem.
