The other day I linked two issues on jira.atlassian.com. Later when viewing the activity feed under my user profile I noticed that the summary of one of the issues did not match the issue itself. Clicking on the issue successfully navigated to the issue where the proper summary was displayed.
(I have rechecked today and the issue still exists)
