      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If the base url is set to a different url to what JIRA is currently being accessed from by an Admin, there should be a prompt to update this. This will help support tremendously with issues like the Activity Stream change to use the base url (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-27836).
