Environment:

- MYSQL 5.5.22

Severity 3 - Minor
When a user is present in more than one directory, once member of a specific group but only from the directory in the lowest priority, JIRA will count this user in the Group filter (Administive > Users > Groups > Filtering the group > refer to the users counter), but not recognize him as a member of ( Administrative > Users > Groups > Filtering by the related group > Edit Members)
Steps to reproduce
- Default JIRA installation creating a user called jira_admin
- Add two new users called administrator and support
- Check the jira-users group counter through _Administrative > Users > Groups > Filtering by the jira-users group > Refer to the Users column
- They are 3 (jira_admin, administrator, support)
- Confirm it by _Administrative > Users > Groups > Filtering by the jira-users group > Edit Members option
- They are 3 (jira_admin, administrator, support)
- Create an external directory
- AD (Type => Connector ; Operations/Mode => Read only with local groups ; Priority => 0)
- Synchronize it and try to login with administrator user (LDAP credentials)
- Review the related group counter and members
- They are 3 (jira_admin, administrator, support)
- Log with jira_admin user and remove the administrator from jira-users group
- Check the related group counter, as well the members by Edit Members option
The counter will be wrong (4, yet), as well the directory name from the administrator user. It will be displayed as Internal directory, even with LDAP memberships.
Also, the member list will be right when checking against the Edit Members
