Change the number of issue links that is displayed by default

      Currently in a JIRA ticket that has Issue Links - the default is to show the first 5 links followed by a "Show x more links..." which will expand the Issue Links display to show all links.

      It'll be nice to be possible to choose the default number (e.g. show 10 or all issue links).
