Field name change does not apply to existing issues

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Change field name (Administration - Custom Fields - Edit)
      2. Save changes

      The existing fields do not get updated

      Example (on objection:8080)
      Changed custom field "Big-Project-Picker" to "<script>alert(3)</script>"
      Went back to the issue, refreshed the page. The field name did not update (was still Big-Project-Picker).
