If I viewed an issue yesterday, I frequently want to view it again today. It won't be in my 'History', because this is stored per session and will have expired. We should extend the notion of 'history' to include any recently viewed issue in the last X days.

This could with a hook in ViewIssue, recording which user viewed the issue.
