Incorrect severity sort order of custom fields

      If I create a custom field with custom Severity levels, it seems that they are ordered incorrectly when sorting in the Issue Navigator.

      This is how they are ordered in the DB:

      0 Critical
      1 Very High
      2 High
      3 Medium
      4 Low
      5 Trivial

      But when ordering by the field in the issue navigator the "Very High" level is ranked the lowest.
