Description
By default, if a user who does not have the View Version Control Permission, they will not be able to view commits from the source tab. The source tab will not be displayed.
However, the commits still appears on the Activity Stream. Thus, neglecting the View Version Control permission.
Steps to replicate (pre requisite: Configure JIRA and FishEye applink):
- Create a user who does not have the View Version Control permission
- Generally create a user who only belongs to jira-users
- The source tab will not appear on issues
- Make a commit from any revision control system
- The commit will be displayed on the Activity Stream
