Security level no longer shows up with a red highlight on the view issue page

      The security level used to have red font on the view issue page. We seem to have accidentally removed this in JIRA 5.0. Confirmed with scurtis that this is a bug and not intentional.

      The red font used to be applied via a .note css class from global-static.

      This was raised via a support case (but I can't find it right now ).
