We're administrating JIRA centrally for our projects, but most of the issues are related to Toyota dealers (our customers) operating the systems. We have a mail-in functionality from our applications, but most of the times are issues/bugs reported by phone etc.

It would be nice if we could add an external watch on issues, meaning the reporter/origin of the issue will be updated atomatically.
