Add new fields to ConnectionPoolInfo and DatabaseConfigHandler's persistence of it.

DCH has intimate knowledge of JdbcDatasource and ConnectionPoolInfo so it can serialize that information as XML. It would be better if those classes took care of that themselves, but failing that DCH will need to be updated to cover the new fields.
