Chop too long texts to avoid memory issues during rendering

      Rendering very large texts can easily lead to memory problems. Details from Comment on JIRA-24623

      When rendering is done (especially Wiki markup rendering and Velocity rendering) the data must go into memory multiple times.

      Proposed solution

      One other thought some one had (Ian I think) is that we could CHOP the large data at say 30K and then put all the data into an "auto generated attachment" (description_to_large1.txt) and then reference that file in the chopped version
