The customfield's default value doesn't retain if we change the issue type

Steps to reproduce:

Please look at the following screenshot sequentially:



Notice the customfield TEXT FIELD has a default value when issue type Bug selected first

If we change the Issue Type option from Bug -> New Feature (don't have customfield) -> Bug, the default value for TEXT FIELD is gone.

Expected Behaviour: The default value for customfield should be retain although we change the Issue Type back and forth.
