Share dialog does not stalk

      The share dialog scrolls along with the page, when it should stay next to the "share" link.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Scroll all the way to the bottom of an issue
      2. Click "Share". The share dialog opens
      3. Scroll all the way to the top of the page. The share dialog is now far away from the "Share" link.
