Bundled plugins should detect earlier versions of installed plugins and delete them

      When a plugin gets bundled, the prior version (the installed plugin) often gets borked. That plugin needs to be uninstalled. Basically JIRA should be smart about detecting earlier versions of newly bundled plugins.
