1. Create a application link with Connie.
2. Create a remote link to a page from an issue.
3. Delete the application link.
4. (BUG) Go to the issue with the link. You will get a message on the UI saying unable to load page. The server logs have a ginormous exception as attached in errors.log.gz.

This also happens of the remote application is JIRA.

I would consider this senario to be quite common. We should be displaying a message on the UI that indicates there is no application link. Dumping this message in the logs is completely useless.
