Exception when adding an issue

    Description

      I am using PostgreSQL. It looks like JIRA setup program didn't create the table called customfieldvalue. I have tried install this three times from fresh and the table still not showing up.

      Error exporting: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT ID, ISSUE, CUSTOMFIELD, STRINGVALUE, NUMBERVALUE, TEXTVALUE, DATEVALUE FROM customfieldvalue (ERROR: Relation "customfieldvalue" does not exist
