Remembers users' label preferences

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Choose any Project and choose Labels tab in JIRA:
      instead of always defaulting to Popular Labels in View and Labels in Field, allow users to save their preferences on the choices they made on this screen.

      If JIRA remembers the Labels choices, it would be really easy for me because I have to click All Labels and Epic/Theme when I goto the labels tab. Not fun.
